A portion of each sale goes directly back to the community through multiple avenues: from financial contributions to local nonprofits to offering free educational workshops and scholarship opportunities.

Our goal is to reduce food waste and build a network of local farmers and growers to capture the literal fruits of their labor and preserve it in the highest quality possible.

We are all passionate about education...to the extent that we are taking steps to start a school! The more people we can help to grow food: the stronger and healthier our community will become!
